I am passionate about helping my clients improve their overall well-being and establish a  functioning way of life that suits them. I understand that my clients are the expert in their lives and that I am here to help walk beside them in this journey of life! I specialize in providing a safe place where clients can explore themselves while learning new skills for self-improvement.

Personal Background

I grew up in a small community in Snellville, Georgia, where I discovered my desire to assist others in their journeys in the world. As a result of my own struggles and hardships, I have gained an understanding that the world is difficult and everyone needs support and guidance at times.

• Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Barton College, Wilson NC 

• Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology: Brenau University  

• Internship: The Brenau Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (BCCPS) and Howard E. Ivester Early College

My therapeutic approach is a universal method that is geared towards my client’s needs and goals. I believe that each client is their own unique person; therefore, I incorporate components of, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and person-centered therapy to provide a more comprehensive and personalized approach to the client. I offer a sliding scale fee structure to ensure accessibility. 

Rates vary based on session length and financial circumstances.
