About Me

Helping other people achieve their goals and grow beyond their starting point is a huge passion of mine. I approach therapy with compassion and understanding. I have been helping others as a therapist for 6 years. I present as someone who believes in giving grace and respect to oneself the same way you would give it to others. I work from a solution-focused approach and utilize narrative therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. You are the master and expert of your story, I’m here to listen, help you process and progress.

Personal Background

I am considered a Georgia transplant. I grew up in the Midwest in a loving family, which like most had its high and low days. It was my own experiences that made me want to become a therapist and help others the way someone once listened and helped me. That’s right, I’ve sat in the client seat, and I know the strength and power it takes to do so. My passion is fueled by my dedication to helping someone else, the way someone helped me.
